Kaminari can cover his body in electricity. While he can also emit this energy, he has little control over it. Exceeding his wattage limit causes his brain to short-ciruit, leaving him in a vulnerable state for 1 hour. Denki uses his Sharpshooting Gear to choose a pointer he wants his electricity to be directed towards; this allows for better control when fighting alongside allies.
